Refund & Return Policy

At Frenoco, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
