At Frenoco, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about order processing and delivery.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all orders.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays. Typical delivery times range from 7–15 business days, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Frenoco is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
